Having recently retired as a Civil Engineer, woodworking has become my full-time occupation.  Although I am based in Gauteng, your location does not limit me from creating that wooden item you want.  I have clients in around the country, including Cape Town, Free State and KZN.

I work mainly with exotic woods and very little of my work is painted, with the exception of certain toys. My enjoyment is combining different species of wood to obtain the contrasts which is evident in a lot of my work. They say that “tools maketh the man” and I have invested in the best quality power woodworking tools that are available. Whilst I use modern tools, I still use traditional woodworking joinery methods such as dovetail and finger jointing to create strong but at the same time very attractive joints in my workpieces.
